How It Works
From Discovery to Global Fellowship
IAEDM follows a proven 4-stage process to identify, educate, empower, and engage drama ministers and associations across every nation.
Identify
Recognizing Where Drama Ministers Are
IAEDM first identifies existing national drama bodies, understanding their unique strengths and contributions. The identification process extends beyond established bodies to explore regions where evangelical drama ministries may thrive but have yet to be organized.
Educate
Sharing the Vision
Education is central to IAEDM's approach. We disseminate information about our vision for global revival through evangelical drama, emphasizing the transformative power of this art form. Existing associations and potential new ones are informed about the benefits of collaboration, the shared values of IAEDM, and the potential impact on a global scale.
Empower
Providing Resources and Support
Empowerment is achieved through the provision of resources — both tangible and intangible. IAEDM offers expertise, training materials, and networking opportunities to enhance the capabilities of existing associations. For regions without established associations, IAEDM empowers individuals and groups with guidance and resources to facilitate the establishment of new national drama bodies.
Engage
Joining the Global Fellowship
IAEDM encourages active collaboration and networking among member associations, creating a robust global network of evangelical drama ministers. We actively engage in the inauguration process for new associations, fostering unity from the outset. IAEDM then introduces a registration option — allowing associations to officially become members and access the full spectrum of IAEDM benefits.
